To start October I have added several new resources linked to significant days in the coming week. Click on the links below to access resources about St. Therese of Lisieux, Gandhi & International Nonviolence Day and St. Francis of Assisi.

October 1st: Feast Day of St. Thérèse of Lisieux

October 2nd: Gandhi’s birthday; International Day of Nonviolence

Tuesday is Gandhi’s birthday and International Nonviolence Day and many thanks to Martin McMullan from Beneavin College for sharing a PowerPoint about the day: Nonviolence Day 2012 PowerPoint. Thursday is the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi and on our website you can download a biography of St. Francis and there is a list of links to useful websites for further resources.
