The Department of Education released the Circulars for Staffing Arrangements for 2025-2026 and they can be found by following this link:

The Dublin Main Panel has been cleared on 9th June 2025 and the Supplementary Panel has also been cleared (14.08.25). Schools are now permitted to advertise their permanent and fixed-term posts.
Primary schools are required to continue sending the Education Secretariat details of all their permanent and fixed-term vacancies within 5 days of being notified (see form below). Please note that the last day for filling permanent posts is Monday, 3 November 2025.
