The End of the Year
We are now heading into the final week of the school year. Time to clear up, tick boxes, in some instances say goodbye, or move onto something new and maybe even to look forward to a break. On Sunday we celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi, the Body of Christ. As part of the Grow In Love programme children and teachers may take a moment or two to also think how we have grown in God’s love this year and how we have grown more as members of the Body of Christ. We are many but we are all one.
We wish you well in entering into the final week of this school year. We pray for the safety of all during the summer weeks.
To quote from the 4th class Grow In Love programme;
“Saint Therese of Lisieux invites us to practise the little way of love, not to miss out on a kind word, a smile or any small gesture which sows peace and friendship”.
Pope Francis, Laudato Si (no. 230)
May we live each day to being open to invitations of little ways of love.
God’s blessing on you all
Srs Maureen, Anne and Edel
